Beth brought us lunch and visited with us.
She'd posted a few days early about a BBQ place called the Meat Boss, and said that Papa and I would love it. They are only open for lunch, and only a few days a week at that. I've forgotten just where it is, but I know it isn't Tillman's Corner.
She sent texts to see whether or not we wanted cole slaw on our sandwich, and whether or not we liked baked beans. She even brought the drinks.
Morgan was here, so she brought lunch for Morgan too, and the four of sat at the kitchen table and laughed and talked, and I just felt really special that she went to all that trouble for us.
